TUMBLING

6 - 18 YEARS


Our Tumbling Program offers multiple class options for a variety of skill levels—from beginners learning cartwheels and walkovers to advanced athletes working on handsprings, tucks, and fulls. Each class focuses on technique, strength, and progressions in a safe, supportive setting. Great for cheerleaders, dancers, and anyone who loves to tumble!

CHEER FUNDAMENTALS

6 - 14 YEARS


This beginner-friendly class is perfect for athletes new to cheerleading or building a strong foundation. Athletes learn motions, jumps, basic stunts, and dance, while focusing on teamwork, timing, and performance. Each session runs for 4 months and ends with a full routine showcase. A fun, supportive way to try cheer!

TINY TUMBLING

3 - 5 YEARS


Our Tiny Tumbling class is designed just for our youngest athletes! This fun, high-energy class introduces basic tumbling skills like forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, while building coordination, strength, and confidence. With a focus on safety and fun, our coaches create an encouraging environment where little ones can grow, move, and shine.

STRETCHING

6 - 18 YEARS


This fun and engaging class focuses on improving flexibility and range of motion for cheerleaders of all levels. Athletes will work through a variety of stretches and mobility exercises designed to enhance splits, jumps flexibility, and flyer body positions used in cheer. The class emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and steady progress, making it a great complement to any cheer or dance training. Whether you're looking to deepen your splits or gain more control in your stunts, Stretch & Flex will help you move with confidence and strength.

JUMPS

6 - 18 YEARS
