CHEER ABILITIES
Our CheerAbilities team is a fun, inclusive cheerleading team designed specifically for athletes with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities. This adaptive cheer program focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and coordination in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Athletes will learn the basics of cheer; jumps, dance, and stunts tailored to their individual abilities. Each class emphasizes positive reinforcement, personal growth, and team spirit. Coaches and assistants provide individualized attention, helping each athlete shine both on and off the mat.
No prior cheer experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to try!
CheerAbilities Tier
The CheerAbilities team is an inclusive program at Sonic Elite Olympia designed for athletes with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities. This team focuses on building confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment.
CheerAbilities athletes train weekly and perform at select events throughout the season. Ages 6+
Program Details:
- Tuition: $100/month
- Competitions: 4 per season

- 1.5 hours of team practice per week
