Summer Bash Classes
We are so excited to offer the following classes to our schedule!
Flight Class: This class will include stretching, working on body shapes, balancing and MORE!
(This class is recommended for flyers, but all are welcome.)
Jump Class: This class will include stretching and drills that focus on developing skills to perfect your athlete's jumps.
Tumbling Classes: We will assist your athlete with tumbling through drills and communication for beautiful tumbling.
They will also have the opportunity to learn new tumbling skills!

Monday:
Flight Class: (Ages 7-9) 2-3PM
Level 1 tumbling: (Ages 10 and up) 3:15-4:15PM This class will focus on Back & front walkovers, Valdez, BHS drills and more!
Wednesday:
Elite Level 2 Tumbling: (Must have Round Off BHS to attend) 2-3PM This class will focus on front and back tucks, etc.
Flight Class: (Ages 13-18) 3-4PM
Thursday:
Jump Class (Ages 10-18) 2:30-3:30PM
Level 1 Tumbling: (Ages 6-9) 3:15-4:15PM This class will focus on Back & front walkovers, Valdez, BHS drills and more!
Friday:
Jump class (Ages 6-9) 3-4PM
Flight Class: (Ages 7-9) 2-3PM
